Job Description
We’re growing our team of line producers to partner with our creative teams and collaborators in bringing ambitious projects to life. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on producer who balances creative vision with production excellence, experienced in managing complex workflows, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results on time, on budget, and on strategy.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with creative teams, directors, and photographers to bid, award, and deliver still and motion productions. Oversee all phases from budgeting and scheduling to logistics and crew management, ensuring creative integrity while meeting financial goals. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate scopes and estimates, and support innovation in storytelling, production methods, and new formats across image and motion.
ExperienceExtensive experience line producing still and motion projects across fashion, film, advertising, technology, automotive, and music. Skilled in managing large-scale budgets, complex schedules, and creative teams, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experienced working directly with brands as well as with creative agencies and production companies, maintaining trusted relationships with crews and collaborators to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, story-driven execution.
